The Gulf state’s rulers have submitted plans to convert three prime properties in London’s Regent’s Park into a huge mansion, set to become the UK’s first £200million home.

The chaos ensued as reactions to the grand jury decisions not to indict cops involved in the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner entered the fourth night. Authorities also confirmed that several businesses in the area, including a Radio Shack, a Trader Joes and a Wells Fargo were vandalized during the night. Dozens of law officers from several surrounding agencies joined Berkeley police in trying to quell the unrest as 400 reportedly took to the streets.
