Flying Eagles To Play 3 Test Matches In Germany

super-eagles

Lionel Messi provided the extra piece of magic needed to beat a goalkeeper of Manuel Neuer’s quality by grabbing two second-half goals before Neymar grabbed a late third to put Pep Guardiola’s Bayern Munich to the sword yesterday night.
Neuer put in a formidable performance to deny the likes of Neymar and Luis Suarez in the first half, however he was finally beaten in the 77th minute.
Messi struck from long range to beat Neuer at the near post before grabbing a second after an outstanding run through the heart of Bayern’s defence.
True, they left it late, but Barcelona finally forced open the floodgates after another Lionel Messi masterclass at Camp Nou.
The Argentine fired home after 77 minutes and doubled the lead with a delightful chip over Bayern keeper Manuel Neuer from six metres three minutes later.
Neymar completed a resounding late burst when he raced clear and slotted calmly home in stoppage time.
It was a disappointing evening for Bayern coach Pep Guardiola on his return to his former club.

It was the moment Sydney university student Victoria McRae, 21, had been waiting for - the opportunity to ask for Prince Harry's hand in marriage. But rather than accepting the usual discrete peck on the cheek, the bubbly young royal fan (left, and centre with Harry) took the opportunity to lean in and lock lips with the blushing prince. 'Can I think about it?' the Prince replied to her proposal (inset). The relaxed royal, who is leaving for New Zealand on Saturday after a month's secondment with the Australian Defence Force, chatted with the crowd and regretted not being able to 'hug everybody.'

Buhari orders security aides to obey traffic rules

Buhari

President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari has instructed police and military personnel attached to him to respect traffic regulations during his movements.
In a statement released by his media team in Abuja, Buhari said obeying the law would be the guiding philosophy of his administration, adding “without leadership by example, the ordinary citizens would become copycats of the lawlessness of their leaders.”
The president-elect explained that the “arrogance of power, lawlessness and disregard for the rights and convenience of fellow citizens would have no place in his government.”
Buhari noted that for leaders to inspire respect, they must obey the laws of country, and that when leaders treat the country’s laws with contempt, they send the wrong message to the citizens.
