Dangote To Assist Liberia In Fight Against Disease

The richest man in Africa, Alhaji Aliko Dangote has expressed his desire to assist efforts against Ebola in Liberia, an Executive Mansion press release has revealed Nigerian billionaire, Alhaji Aliko Dangote has committed himself to the fight against Ebola in Liberia, an Executive Mansion press release states. Africa’s richest man is said to have promised, while speaking to Liberian President, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf on Friday, October 17, to assist the nation with resources to aid it in curbing the spread of the disease. The press statement reads: Africa's richest man, billionaire Alhaji Aliko Dangote, has expressed his preparedness to assist Liberia in the fight against the Ebola virus disease. An Executive Mansion release said Alhaji Dangote, in a telephone conversation with President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf last Friday, volunteered to assist the country with medical personnel and other human and material resources.
