Chinese man builds world's smallest car to dodge Shanghai traffic... complete with miniature engine, brakes and sound system



Sixty-year-old Chinese inventor Xu Zhiyun is behind the design which took him two years and cost around £155 to put together. It measures 23 inches in length, 13 inches in width and 15 inches in height, making it one of the world's smallest automobiles.
