John Legend & Chrissy Teigen Sent Food Trucks To Hungry Eric Garner Protesters

Grammy winner John Legend and his model wife Chrissy Teigen gave the gift of grub to New York City protesters, who continue to be out in full force over the grand jury decision in the choking death of Eric Garner and police brutality across the country. The couple paid for food trucks to deliver food to hungry supporters. For three hours yesterday, Kimchi Taco served up Korean BBQ free of charge. Classy move on their part. Thumbs up on this.

The couple are known for being outspoken about issues they believe in. Teigen very briefly (maybe for just a few days, LOL) left Twitter after backlash to a tweet she posted expressing outrage about gun violence. And Legend has spoken out about issues of civil rights. Teigen used her Twitter feed to congratulate her hubby for his most recent Grammy nominations.
