Aminu Tambuwal Ex-House Speaker sworn in as Sokoto State Governor [PHOTOS]

Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal has been sworn in as the Governor of Sokoto State.

Tambuwal was sworn in on Friday, May 29, 2015, the same day that President Muhammadu Buhari was inaugurated.

The former Speaker had previously contested for the Presidency on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) along with Buhari but eventually settled for the governorship of his state.
