Frank Lampard Former Chelsea midfielder congratulates ex-teammates

Former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has congratulated his ex-teammates as won the English Premier League title with three matches to go.

With a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace on Sunday, May 3,Chelsea have already wrapped up the league title.

Lampard who left Chelsea last summer, took to his Instagram to congratulate his former teammates.

"A massive congratulations to all my old teammates and friends at @chelseafc for winning the Premier League. A huge achievement and well deserved by everyone at the club. Also to all those fantastic fans that I had the pleasure to play for for 13 years. I know how much it means to you all! Enjoy the celebrations in West London tonight!@johnterry.26 @cesarazpi @garyjcahill @didierdrogba @hazardeden_10@morriskid," he wrote.

His captain at Manchester City, Vincent Kompany also congratulated his Belgium national teammates at Chelsea.

"Next season we'll be coming for that crown but for now, congrats to @hazardeden10 and @thibautcourtois. Guys were brilliant. Well deserved," the defender wrote.

Manchester City official Twitter account also sent out a congratulatory message to Chelsea.
