Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal Two(MMA2) has launched its Common User Processing System (CUPPS).
The project was launched at an event in Ikeja, Lagos on Thursday, Thursday, May 12 2015, which was attended by Aviation Minister Osita Chidoka, Chairman of Bi-Courtney LimitedWale Babalakin and many other distinguished guests.
The CUPPS launch sees the introduction of self-service machines and e-gates at the airport; the very first in the country.
If we can improve the people, make our processes transparent, and back same up with requisite technology, then, we will have a world class organization”, Chidoka said in his statement.
This is, indeed, is one more step in the aviation industry to make the airport customers-friendly. What MMA2 has done today is to show that what passengers and other airport users see in Dubai, Paris, UK, US can eminently be replicated here in Nigeria”, he added.
The local airport has also launched its websites as well as its social media accounts including Facebook and Twitter.
Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal Two (MMA2) is the first and only privately-funded, as well as the preeminent terminal in Nigeria.
