Nigeria government is to be blamed for crime rate of Nigerians Citizen around the world

Who should be blamed for crimes committed by Nigerians?

Many Nigerians who decide to engage in crimes both in the country and outside always blame the government of their country for their situations, claiming that if there were opportunities back home, they would not resort to criminal activities.
According to Hon. Abike Dabiri, the Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on the Diaspora Affairs, there are thousands of Nigerians languishing in prisons spread across different parts of the world for crimes ranging from drug trafficking, fraud, armed robbery, rape, kidnapping and murder.
But does this mean that every crime should be blamed on the government? What of the individuals that perpetuate these crimes? Why can't they blame their greed, the urge to get rich, the society and laziness on their parts? Why can't others who are struggling to make ends meet?
But 50 percent of Pulse Nigeria Poll voters seem to agree that the government must take the blame for Nigerians taking to crime.
They responded to a poll put up on April 30, with the poser:
How Nigeria voted:
50 % - Government
0 % - Society
16.67 % - Greed
16.67 % - Poverty
0 % - Individuals
16.67 % - Get rich quick syndrome
0 % - Laziness
So how would you vote on this?
