The American University of Nigeria (AUN) has sympathized with victims of last Thursday's bomb blast at Jimeta Modern Market, Yola.
Led by led by AUN Vice President, Byron Bullock, the team visited the Federal Medical Centre, Yola, where the victims of the blast were being treated and donated a consignment containing different types of medicines, including antibiotics.
Bullock, who represented the institution's President, Margee Ensign, said the purpose of the visit was to commiserate with the victims and provide support, Premium Times reports.

The Director of AUN Clinic, Philip Eappen, revealed that the provisions were taken out of the University’s Clinic on humanitarian grounds.
Student Pulse gathered that there were many burn victims at the hospital.
AUN has been involved in humanitarian activities in Adamawa state through the Adamawa Peace Initiative (API), which uses education to promote peace, community development, and empowerment.
Last week, Ensign was awarded an honorary doctorate by the American University of Paris (AUP) for her work with victims of the Boko Haram insurgency in Northeast Nigeria.
