Prior to the post, the massively renowned plastic surgeons who made Caitlyn's incredible Vanity Fair reveal of her post-feminization body possible came forward to say they are thrilled with the results.
'She's extremely happy with the results, and we are too,' Dr. Alter told the New York Daily News.
Caitlyn Jenner underwent a powerful transformation, partly with the help of her plastic surgeons.
And the 65-year-old made sure to express her gratitude by gifting at least one of them, Dr. Harrison H. Lee, with a personalised copy of her iconic Vanity Fair feature.

While the results are breathtaking, the work getting there wasn't easy and involved a full day of surgery.
Alter told the Daily News, 'We knew it would be a long procedure and everything was planned ahead of time, and we're very fortunate that everything has gone very well.'
Dr. Alter, an expert in the fields of genital reconstruction and plastic surgery, said he performed 'some body work' for Jenner.
Per Jenner's 22-cover story, that surgery did not include genital surgery.
However, the 65-year-old gold medalist did reveal in the magazine's July issue that she underwent breast augmentation.
Other surgeries common with feminization of the body include liposuction, tummy tuck and other similar procedures.
Alter declined to specify the work he did on Jenner.
Lee, whose specialty is facial feminization for male to female transgender patients, told the Daily News that--as honored as he was to work with Jenner--he was a little nervous about so many millions of eyes gazing upon his most high-profile work.
'I entered with some trepidation of course,' he said. 'I figured it was gonna be very challenging because of her celebrity status and the fact that she's going to finally expose herself for (who) she is, and it'll be one of the most judged faces on the planet.'
The doctors aren't just proud of their work, they're also proud of what their patient is doing for the transgender community.
'It was an honor,' said Alter. 'This is a cultural milestone for transgender patients. This enables other transgender patients to be better accepted and enables society to better understand what they go through.'
So what did the successful surgery cost Jenner, who's reported to be worth around $100 million?
