Reportedly, Justin crashed the ATV into the vehicle belonging to a man taking photos of the on-again, off-again couple.
After the crash, the photographer and Justin got into a physical altercation that led to Justin's arrest on September 1.
According to TMZ, Justin did not have to appear in-person in the Canadian courtroom, instead entering his plea via Skype from the office of lawyer Howard Weitzman.

His plea was accepted, and Justin was fined $750 for his actions, escaping both jail time and probation.
This was not the first arrest faced by the Baby singer in recent years.
Accusations of reckless driving and vandalism during 2012 and 2013 led to his first two arrests at the end of 2013 - for assaulting a photographer in Argentina in November and for assaulting a limousine driver in Toronto, Ontario in December.

While the Toronto charges were eventually dropped, Justin was arrested for egging a neighbour's home in Calabasas, California on January 9, 2014.
Just two weeks later, Justin was arrested in Miami on suspicion of a DUI and for driving with an expired driver's license.
The egging incident was resolved in July when Justin was ordered to pay over $80,000 in restitution and was put on probation for two years.
For the driving arrest, Justin paid only a $500 fine and attended an anger-management course.

More serious legal issues could come of the earlier incident in Argentina, which issued an arrest warrant for Justin and two bodyguards in April after they failed to appear in court.
As for Selena, she was not charged in the August incident and reportedly gave a deposition supporting her then-on-again boyfriend.
Although they broke up shortly after the arrest, Selena and Justin were rumoured to have restarted their intermittent relationship once more in May.
