Nigeria, Spain Collaborate To Check Illegal Migration

Nigeria and Spain have agreed to collaborate to combat illegal migration.

The Spanish Ambassador to Nigeria, Ambassador Alfonso De Erice, told reporters in Abuja on Saturday that a framework to strengthen the fight against human trafficking and illegal migration between both countries was being prepared to assist in the collaboration.

He added that a memorandum of understanding would be signed by the Embassies, the Nigeria Immigration Service and the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons.
