Pulse Nigeria Poll Readers want past regime to be probed by PMB

Before he was sworn in on May 29, President Muhammadu Buhari had allayed fears of probing the regime of former President Goodluck Jonathan but it was a shocked Buhari who announced few days ago that the nation's treasury is virtually empty.

With the anger of an ex-General, Buhari has vowed to make sure all the monies looted and embezzled by political leaders starting from the ex-president, Ministers, Senators, House of Representatives members, state governors and even to local government chairmen.

Most Nigerians are happy with the stance of the president and have given him the thumbs up to carry out a wholesome probe, while some are of the view that it will just be an effort in futility as those politicians have a way of covering their tracks once they steal money.
