The 6,000sq yd estate will also be surrounded by a tree-lined nature trail.

The home itself will have six reception rooms, five en-suite bedrooms and a swimming pool.
There are also plans for a sauna children's homework room, cinema and a plant room. 
It is understood that planning permission for a home was part of the deal when he bought the land.

Gerrard reportedly plans to make the home his permanent base when he finally retires from football. 
In the meantime, he will use it during visits back to the UK from their new home in Beverly Hills, where he is set to begin a new career playing for MLS Los Angeles Galaxy.
But even that home will pale in comparison with the one Gerrard has lined up for his wife Alex and their three daughters - Lilly-Ella, ten, eight-year-old Lexie and Lourdes, three - while in America.
The family will live in a stunning home reportedly worth $25million (£16.8m) for 18 months while he plays out his contract with the team.

The luxurious pad is said to have been offered to the midfielder, 34, by his new football club, who'll foot the $20,000 a week (£13,400) rent.  
With six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the swanky property boasts sweeping mountain and Pacific Ocean views and was regularly featured on reality show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Yolanda Foster and her music producer husband David had the modern property custom-built to their taste in 2009, and lived there with the star's three children, including model Gigi Hadid.
