The property is located in Santa Ysabel, about 30 miles east of San Diego, and is currently owned by David Batchelder, the co-founder of California activist investment firm Relational Investors. It has as a go-kart racing track (bottom right), a skeet-shooting range, paint ball course and two fishing ponds.
There is also a 650,000-gallon swimming pool - which was formerly a cow pond - complete with a sandy beach (top left) and a 19-stall barn. The main house is 4,000-square-foot and has four bedrooms.
