A Georgia man is seeking more than $730,000 damages against Bobbi Kristina Brown over a car accident that occurred only three days before she was found unconscious in a bath tub in January.
The lawsuit, in which Russell Eckerman claims he was severely injured in the head-on crash, was filed as family members streamed into the hospice where Bobbi Kristina is spending what could be her last days.
Eckerman, 41, alleges that Bobbi Kristina was speeding and tailgating a car before she lost control of her vehicle and collided into his Ford Taurus on January 27.

He claims to have suffered multiple spinal, skull and facial fractures and had to undergo extensive surgeries following the accident, according to legal papers obtained by CBS News
The papers also state Eckerman had to be placed in a medically-induced coma
Police determined Bobbi Kristina lost control of her 2005 Liberty Jeep when she blew a right rear tire, where a nail was discovered, the New York Daily News reports.
Eckerman is also suing the Ford Motor Company, claiming his airbag did not deploy properly and his seatbelt was defective.
The suit was filed against Bobbi Kristina through her guardians, specifically father Bobby Brown as well as her aunt Pat and her conservator Bedelia Hardgrove.

The news broke as it was revealed Bobbi Kristina's aunt Pat Houston flew her niece to Chicago before she was was taken off life support and placed into hospice care at Peachtree Christian, which describes itself as 'A Loving Place of Rest, Comfort and Hope'.
The Chicago trip was Pat Houston's final effort to see if there was any way Bobbi Kristina could be saved, People Magazine confirmed.
An insider told Fox News that actor Tyler Perry, a longtime friend of the Brown family, helped Pat take Bobbi Kristinato Chicago to see specialists both he and Oprah had recommended.

The trip was also largely meant for Bobby Brown, to prove that 'there was no hope' and that everything possible had been done to try and save his daughter.
'It seems that he had to get a certain amount of confirmation before really letting go,' the source told Fox News. 'That trip is what convinced him to allow to take her off her meds.'
Perry was seen entering Peachtree Christian Hospice over the weekend and spending two hours with the family.
Bobby Brown's sister Tina and his son Bobby Jr. were also seen outside the hospice.
Uncle Ray, Whitney Houston's former bodyguard and a close family friend, was also seen arriving to pay his respects.
The same source said the family has been beefing up security in the last couple of days as Bobbi Kristina's condition continues to deteriorate.
'Even law enforcement have been called because the families have been told that death is now imminent,' they told Fox News.
'They want to make sure photographers don't get pictures of her body being removed.'
Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina's ex-boyfriend Nick Gordon, 25, has been banned from his former lover's bedside by her distraught family.
He is also subject to a $40million lawsuit claiming he attacked her on the day she was discovered unresponsive in a bath tub back in January at the home they shared in Roswell, Georgia.
Gordon is also accused of stealing $11,00 from Bobbi Kristina's bank accounts while she was in a medically-induced coma.
He could soon also find himself the subject of a murder investigation, as 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina’s death may be imminent.
