A police corporal attached to the Karu Police Station in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, decided to show that he is truly a gallant officer when he gunned down a senior officer, an Inspector, over an argument over who was the real lover of a female recharge card seller.
Not done with killing his boss, the corporal turned the gun on the object of their disagreement and pumped live bullets into the lady and afterwards, shot himself in an apparent murder-suicide.
