47-yr-old physical education teacher jailed for sex with student

Anthony Dwight Rice was accused of having sex with a student

A 47-year-old high school teacher, Anthony Dwight Rice, has been arrested and remanded in prison for having sexual relationship with his student.
He allegedly maintained the sexual relationship between December 2014 and April 2015.
Rice was a physical education and driver's education teacher atAshville High School.
Student Pulse gathered that he was to St. Clair County Jail Monday on three counts of violation of the school employee sex act.
