DealDey Fuel scarcity forces online retailer to shut down operation early

Excerpts from DealDey's announcement via e-mail

In addition to the numerous companies and establishments that have already announced early closing times and, in some cases, total shutdown due to the ongoing fuel crisis, online retailerDealDey also announced that its customer units and pick-up centres will be closing by 2pm today.
The company made this known via e-mails, texts and various other methods of communications to its customers and affiliates.
This development is coming on the heels of the worst fuel crisis the country has seen yet. The impact of the crisis on the nation's economy can already be felt and institutions that form an important component of the economic infrastructure of the country are already succumbing to the crisis.
Over the weekend, numerous radio stations, telecommunication providers, and even banks announced similar measures, as a means of dealing with the ongoing fuel crisis.
