Watch out! Kim Kardashian had to dodge a fallen photographer at LAX on Monday
Kim Kardashian caused quite a commotion when she landed back in the US on Monday.
Amid the chaos, the 34-year-old narrowly avoided tripping over a fallen photographer as she exited the terminal at Los Angeles International airport.
The four-months-pregnant star was wearing the same pastel pink outfit she was seen in when she jetted out of London Heathrow and managed to trot around the stricken gent in her nude stiletto heels.

Luckily a member of Kim's security was there to give the man a helping hand after making sure the reality star was out of harm's way.
Kim kept her chic powder pink coat closed, giving just a tiny glimpse of her form-fitting bodysuit underneath.
She covered her eyes, hiding any sign of jet lag, with her favourite jet black shades.

Following closely behind the star was her mother Kris Jenner, 59 and boyfriend Corey Gamble who have also just flown in from Europe.
The mother-of-six and her 34-year-old beau enjoyed a romantic trip to Paris as they supported her daughter Kendall Jenner walk the high fashion catwalks during Men's Fashion Week.
Over the weekend, Selfish author Kim joined the audience to watch husband Kanye West make his headline performance at Glastonbury Festival in the UK.

Thousands of revelers watched in awe as Kanye, 38, delivered his mesmerizing set at the annual event on Saturday evening.
Kim appeared to burst with pride as she gazed up at her husband, who performed a portion of his set-list from a crane overlooking the festival site at Worthy Farm in Somerset.
Taking to Twitter later that night the TV personalty shared a snap of her husband with the accompanying tweet: 'Glastonbury 2015! Craziest show ever!!!'

Kim is expecting her second child with her rapper spouse and recently told MailOnline while in Cannes, 'I am loving jackets right now, no matter how hot it is.'
She also added: 'I think it is more flattering to wear tight clothes.'
